KCAT has launched a new viral Instagram series called “What’s In, What’s Out,” hosted by Mayor Rob Moore. The show was created as a fun, lighthearted way to spotlight the businesses coming into — and moving out of — Los Gatos. It’s a bit of “spilling the tea,” which Los Gatans seem to love.
